Return and Refund Policy 

We want you to be 100% confident when shopping at TwistMop. For this reason we offer a generous 60-day return and refund policy.

If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us at support@twistmop.co and we’ll provide a refund or exchange where applicable. All returns must be made within 60 days from the receipt date, be in new, unused condition and include the original product packaging.

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we may treat it as a return and refund the order minus any return shipping and handling costs, in accordance with this policy.

This Return & Refund Policy applies in addition to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Contact us by email at support@twistmop.co within 60 days from the date your package arrival to request a return.

RETURNS

Returns must be in new condition and include original product packaging. The manufacturer’s packaging must be clear of writings or markings. Do not use the manufacturer’s product box as the shipping container.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning products to our returns warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International shipments should be marked “Merchandise Return” with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. The customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.

Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to twistmop.co upon delivery will be rejected.

REFUNDS

Refunds are credited back to your original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit. It can take 3 to 5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution center. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.

If you believe a charge has been made in error, we ask that you contact us first at support@twistmop.co so we can review your order and try to resolve the issue quickly through our standard refund and return process.

FURTHER DETAILS

twistmop.co is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier. We cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer via ground shipping.


Before sending any item(s), you must go through the online return process to get prior authorization, regardless of reason, to request a return.

Please note that third-party shippers, such as UPS Store, FedEx Kinko’s, Mailbox Etc., and similar companies, may add charges to normal ground shipping costs. twistmop.co does not reimburse these charges. Do not return any items COD; our returns department cannot accept COD returns.


Product that has been used in any manner will not be accepted for return.
At its discretion, twistmop.co may issue a store credit to a customer for a returned product. In that situation, the store credit will expire one year from issuance.
